Overview
The operator surface lives under /v1/ops/ on ingress. Every operator command is answered with its
decision and attributed; an operator action without a justification is refused
(ERR-JustificationRequired). There is no administrative
path that moves value outside the command surface.
What is watched
Section titled “What is watched”These are continuously observable:
- the age of the oldest non-terminal operation;
- observation completeness;
- the count and age of undelivered notifications;
- anchor lag;
- the reconciliation outcome on each axis;
- the liquidity of every position that funds settlement-layer costs.
When an operation needs a human
Section titled “When an operation needs a human”An operation past its deadline whose outcome is neither established nor provably impossible moves to
Needs-Review. It is resolved in up to three steps: on the settlement adapter’s proof alone; on
evidence one authority submits and the adapter verifies; or, only when the adapter finds no proof, a
release that two distinct principals agree on, which raises an incident. Settling an external leg
always needs the proof.
